LIMITED XAMPION INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE

  • Progda Oy and Xampion® issues a limited international guarantee for Xampion sensors.
  • Progda Oy guarantees the original consumer/purchaser of the Xampion sensors that the sensors will be free from defects in material or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
  • During the guarantee period, the sensors will be either repaired or replaced. To get your sensors repaired or replaced, contact us >
  • Warranty covers Xampion sensors. Warranty does not cover any of the Xampion Insoles or Xampion apparel.
  • Guarantee will be limited to countries where the product has been initially marketed by Progda Oy.
  • Currently we provide a guarantee ONLY for sensors which have been bought and used inside of the EU.
  • Guarantee does not cover sensors which have been purchased second hand, from an unofficial retailer or outside of the EU.
  • We provide a warranty only for sensors which have been bought directly from Xampion.com or from an official retailer of Xampion.
  • Warranty includes technical faults which occur under normal use in two (2) years of purchase. This means that the guarantee only covers sensors which have been faulty from the beginning.
  • The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear of the sensor or its battery, or other normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse (such as sensors breaking in half), abuse, accidents or non-compliance with the precautions and guidelines; improper maintenance, commercial or promotional use, cracked, scratched and any of the Xampion insole models, Xampion app and Xampion apparel.
  • The guarantee does also not cover any damage/s, losses, costs or expenses, direct, indirect or incidental, consequential or special, arising out of, or related to the sensors, any of the Xampion insole models, Xampion app or Xampion apparel.
  • Guarantee issued by Progda Oy does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable national or state laws in force, or the consumer’s rights against the dealer arising from their sales/purchase contract.
  • Always keep the receipt! You will need it as a proof of purchase when claiming the guarantee.
