The use of the Service shall be governed by Xampion® Service General Terms of Use (https://xampion.com/terms-and-conditions) and Progda Ltd’s Data Security Policy (https://xampion.com/privacy-policy/). These Terms and Conditions shall apply in so far as the buyer of the Service is a consumer.

The purpose of the Xampion® Service, including Xampion® for Teams (“Service”), is to help you understand and improve your sports performance. The Xampion® System allows you to monitor and develop your practice and playing in a new easy way. Xampion® automatically generates a session from each practice and match to provide you with a detailed description of the moves and ball touches your practice or match involved. In addition, the Xampion® for Teams Service enables easy sharing and viewing of results as well as comparison of development with reference values. With the Xampion® for Teams Service, you can improve the development of your entire team or club using individual coaching instructions based on values measured by the Xampion® System.


The total price of the Service, including taxes, shall be determined as per the effective price list of the https://xampion.com/ online store. The total price shall not include any country-specific delivery costs.

The payment term and methods shall be determined as per the Terms and Conditions of the https://xampion.com/ online store.

Terms and conditions concerning the payment term; payment method and interest on late payments.

The payment term for direct sales in tournaments and exhibitions shall be 14 days net, the payment method shall be bank transfer or e-invoice and the interest on late payments shall be 10.5%.

The digital software included in the Xampion® Service can be downloaded from Android Play and IOS App Store free of charge. The Xampion® Software can be used by the buyer immediately after creating a user account. Finalising the Xampion® System is possible after the Sensor Platform has been delivered to the provided address. The finalisation of the Xampion® Service is carried out by deploying the Xampion® Sensor Platform and by connecting it to the Xampion® Mobile Application. The device(s) (the sensor platform) required by the Xampion® Service shall be delivered to the address provided by the buyer not later than 21 days after the date of order.


You (the consumer) shall have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall end after 30 days from the date of delivery.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Progda Ltd, Kaarikatu 8, FI-20760 Piispanristi, support@xampion.io) of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way (e.g. by a sending a letter, fax or email). You may use the annexed cancellation form, but using it is not necessary.

The cancellation deadline shall be met if you send the notice concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the cancellation period ends.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall refund all transactions received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs caused by choosing a form of delivery that deviates from the offered most favourable standard delivery form), without delay and in any case not later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. We shall carry out the transaction using the same payment method that was used in the original transaction, unless you expressly consent to another payment method, and in any case such that no costs are caused to you for refunding the transactions.

We may withhold refunding the payments until the time of reception of the goods or until the proof of return delivery is received.

You must send us the goods or deliver them to us without delay and not later than within 14 days from the date of the cancellation notice. The cancellation deadline shall be met if you send us the goods before the end of the 30 days cancellation period. We shall cover the return costs of the goods. You shall cover the direct costs caused by returning the goods.

If you have requested performance of the Service before the end of the cancellation period, you shall be liable to pay us a reasonable compensation for the work that was carried out in order to fulfil the contract before the cancellation.


The liability for defects as per the Finnish Consumer Protection Act shall apply to the traded consumer goods. The seller shall be held liable for defective goods as per the legal provisions of Chapter 5 of the Consumer Protection Act.

The contract between the entrepreneur and the consumer shall be governed under Finnish law.

If a dispute arising from this contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, you may submit the matter to be resolved by the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).

Prior to submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer rights advisors at a local register office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).

If required, the consumer may use the ODR forum (http://ec.europa.eu/odr) for arbitration in matters concerning online purchases.
